Placing an Order: Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we have received and processed your payment.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors like customs processing or weather.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
