Description

Very similar to the Concord in taste and habit, Sunbelt has demonstrated more even ripening under hot conditions. The wonderfully flavorful and highly aromatic blue-black grapes are large and excellent for making juice, jam, jelly or your own sweet house wine. The vine displays good cold hardiness and vigor as well and has high resistance to common fungal diseases.

Growing Preferences

Grape vines are very easy to grow when planted right and in the right environment. In general, they prefer a somewhat loose, moist but well-drained soil and as much sun as you can give them. That said, light shade is tolerated and vines will still produce fruit.
