Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Cost: $12.95 (flat rate).
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Cost: Free for qualifying orders.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We take immense pride in providing garden enthusiasts worldwide with the highest quality plants. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for your peace of mind.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging whenever possible.
⚠️ Important Note on Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following product categories unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect items:
- Boxwood
- Crape Myrtles
- Fragrant Plants
- Fruit Trees & Plants
- Groundcover Plants
- Succulents & Cactus
- Viburnums

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the reason for return.
- Get Authorization: We will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed.
- Package Securely: Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible, and include the RA number on a piece of paper inside the package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the plants were damaged upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Credit card payments: Refunds appear within 5-10 business days.
- PayPal payments: Refunds appear within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
