Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging whenever possible.

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for Boxwood, Crape Myrtles, Fragrant Plants, Fruit Trees & Plants, Groundcover Plants, Succulents & Cactus, and Viburnums unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect items. Please inspect your plants upon arrival and contact us immediately with any concerns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the reason for return
  3. We will respond with instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the items securely and include the return authorization number
  5. Ship the package to our nursery at the address provided

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged plants). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card payments: Refunds appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: Refunds appear within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Processing

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
